The working principle of stone production line:
The general process is to discharge the stone into the vibrating feeder through a forklift or a unloading truck. The end of the vibrating feeder is a purlin structure, which can flow out a small amount of material, and is sieved on an 1860 sieving machine and passed into the stockyard area.Unqualified conveyors are transported to the secondary crusher (counter-breaker) for fine-grinding.
This specific configuration still depends on the size of the ingredients in the raw material to adjust the sieve size. The other part (the main part) is broken into the crushing equipment (jaw crusher) through the vibrating feeder. The broken material will be directly transported by the belt conveyor into the second-stage crushing equipment (impact crusher) and then broken into.
